So this is where my official Summer holidays end... watching the sun set on Mt Martha beach after a 40 degree day. 11 days with my beautiful family and friends spent on the ever amazing Mornington Peninsula. I love my crazy city life, but there's nothing like heading home to the coast for some down time - and I feel like a new person for it. Dave treated me to an end of holiday surprise by putting my iPhone through the washing machine, forcing me to spend the remaining hours of my free time sorting out a new phone. I wasn't one bit phased by it, proving my theory that having some time with nothing to do except build sandcastles is really important. But, for now it's time to get back to work... bring it on xxx
